All the products of this range are made from raw materials of plant and renewable origin (like corn or cassava).
A real environmental alternative: the products are made, not from oil, but from plants capable of substituting ordinary plastics derived from petroleum resources.
The material used is ‘PLA’ (polylactic acid) which is obtained from the biological processing, which is natural, of the starch found in maize and cassava.
Several products made of this material are known: pens, bags, furniture, implants, medical prosthesis ...
The material is tested and approved by OSE SERVICES, which certifies that it is 100% biobased, which means a 100% natural. It contains no synthetic products, solvents or polluting chemical products.
Note that the PLA is biodegradable only under conditions of particular deterioration in industrial composts.
